Period Talk: A Mother - Daughter Guide
Period Talk is a 2 week class for moms and teen daughters. The goal of this class is to start to shift how we view our bodies, cycles, and ultimately impact how our daughters view theirs.
Class One: Just for mom! This class will unpack our own relationships with our cycles, beliefs we have about our bodies, and how we can support ourselves and our teens during each part of our cycle. We will spend time discussing different topics, journal, and dig deep into the taboos of periods.
Class Two: Time to bring in the daughters! We will talk about bodies, anatomy, what normal periods look like, how to handle period pain, menstrual products, self care, beliefs about bodies and periods, and so much more.
Cost $275 and comes with a folder of handouts and journal prompts
Dates:
January 19 & 26
Introduction to Inner Seasons
This class will give you a intro into the female hormones, the inner seasons, and cyclical living. You will also learn how to track your cycle, figure out what season you are in and why that is important!
Cost is $42 and facilitated online. Once you register, you will receive an email with a zoom link for the class.
Dates:
January 11
Cyclical Self Care
When we think of self care, we generally think of a warm bath, booking a massage, or an hour of no kids. While those things can be helpful, we are going to dive into the inner seasons and how to care for ourselves in a way that helps us show up for ourselves in the very best ways possible.
This class will help you understand each part of your cycle, what cyclical living means, how to embrace being a cyclical being in a non-cyclical world, and ways you can start to care for and love yourself in each of your inner seasons.
Cost is $42 and facilitated online. Once you register, you will receive an email with a zoom link for the class.
Dates:
February 8
Navigating PMS
Understand how to support yourself in this phase, how to tap into the power of PMS
and how to understand your needs & boundaries to improve your relationships with
self and others.
Cost is $42 and facilitated online. Once you register, you will receive an email with a zoom link for the class.
